Identify local business owners to partner with as major gift ($10,000+) donors and establish ongoing relationships throughout the entire year. Submit season stories/stats to all donors as they unfold. Create a donor recognition preogram as a way to honor/highlight our major donors.

Oversee and manage all social media content/posts that helps promote players and game highlights.

Manage and oversee all aspects of special events that take place throughout the season. This includes Patriot Day, HFC, Homecoming, Senior Day and Florida Tournament. Oversee a team of volunteers for each special event and work with all other Directors when called upon.

Take team photos on Registration Day(s) and attend as many games as possible to capture great photos. Be the point person for picture/banner orders.

Design, manage and host the Christ Prep Team Scout App. Troubleshoot any issues with the app and work with all other Director level positions when called upon.

Manage and oversee all aspects of transportation needs throughout the season. Oversee a team of volunteers that include Charter Bus Coordinator, Rental Vehicle Coordinator, Driver Coordinator and Travel Logisitics Coordinator. Work closely with the coaching staff on travel agendas and work with all other Directors when called upon.

Manage and oversee all volunteer recruitment efforts to ensure every volunteer role throughout the season has been filled. Serves as Game Day Coordinator for all home games. Manage the Volunteer recruitment on Team Scout and be available for parents. Follow-up with all scheduled volunteers before game day to make sure all volunteers will be in attendance. Work with all other Directors when called upon.
